• Acrux Capital, LLC collects and stores client Name, email and phone numbers.  In addition, and only if applicable to trade information transmission, or general communication, the storing of social media contact information may be collected and stored as well.

• We do not share, sell or redistribute any information collected to any outside sources.

• For the purposes of proper strategy and liquidity management, Acrux Capital, LLC may request, either a composite or on an individual basis, client position sizing with auto trade.  Either directly from the client or Global Auto Trading.  Clients are reminded of our policy regarding trade sizing transparency.

• We do not collect or store any payment information and all payments are processed through Pay Pal and/or other third-party or other certified, secure and encrypted payment processors.
